Tiffany began studying piano with Dr. Lam in 1993 at the age of five. Her childhood memories were filled with competitions, summer music festivals in idyllic settings, collaborating with friends in piano duets, and teaching music theory to Dr. Lam's younger students. She was also a prolific flautist, leading her high school's section and performing with New Jersey's All-State Symphony.
Tiffany is a recent graduate from MIT, where she studied architecture
and comparative media studies. Currently, she resides in Cambridge,
Massachusetts and by day works at Continuum, a global design and innovation
consultancy. By night, she is a writer, freelance designer, yogi,
and foodie.

Shortly after graduating from MIT with a degree in architecture and urban planning, Tiffany became CEO and co-founder of Remix, working with 325+ cities around the world to plan their mobility future. Named in Forbes' 30 under 30 LinkedIn's Next Wave of Leaders Under 35, Curbed’s Young Guns, she has spoken at SXSW, Helsinki Design Week, the New York Times Cities for Tomorrow Conference and more. In 2021 Via acquired Remix for $100 Million. Tiffany served as a commissioner of the San Francisco Department of the Environment, and sat on the city’s Congestion Pricing Policy Advisory Committee. In January 2022, Tiffany became Chief Of Staff to Mayor Michelle Wu, the first-ever elected woman, person of color, and Asian American to serve as the Mayor of Boston.
